The EH is a company that engaged with charities and its local community

It is known that there are many problems in the world. And there are many opportunities to solve problems by working together and supporting those who are in trouble and need some help. And if everyone will make at least a little positive contribution to the charitable causes and help others, the world will become better. It is particularly important to provide assistance to the most vulnerable people. And it is important to do it on a regular basis. Such activity is very rewarding because, on the one hand, it allows us to make a positive contribution to the world, on the other hand, it makes us feel better, because meetings with people with different life experiences teach us to be positive about everything: no matter what difficulties, to be positive.

As a business company, we believe that to be dedicated to charitable causes is a good and important for any business company as it creates benefits both for communities where we operate and for our employees. As we consider supporting charitable causes as an important element we do it on a regular basis. Because of that we do have a good team as during charity events the employees from different departments who do not see each other during a typical workday serve together a meal, or do other volunteer work side-by-side. This promotes a greater sense of unity among employees as they work together towards a shared mission and a common goal.

Each year we visit the Republican boarding house for War and Labor veterans in Tashkent to show our respect, gratitude and appreciation of the veterans' input into the society. This year we served meal to the veterans of the House on September 7, 2018. As usual, we made some preparations: we had gone to the House and talked there what food they would be willing us to make for them, and then once we had the answer we cooked what they wanted and our staff jointly with the boarding house personnel visited each veteran and talked with them.

To illustrate, on the photo our employees are having a talk with 97-year-old Natalia. She is an amazing, very positive cheerful woman. She says that it is so probably because of work. She worked as a midwife and because of that she was present at the birth of new people, and the birth is a very bright moment and apparently these moments made her so positive-minded person.

Also, this year we have decided to get engaged in supporting people with vision impairment. We did it during Eid al-Adha. According to long standing traditions, at Eid al-Adha many people give money to enable poorer members of their local community and around the world to eat a meat-based meal. Although there are many new opportunities created by the state for the society of people with vision impairment, we also want to make our contribution to them. We have been supporting these people during the whole year. At Eid al-Adha we have decided to contribute to the improvement of their lives through some charity and to this end, we have delivered meat to them.
