A quality management system in accordance with ISO international standards

Our goal is to make our customers happy with the work we performed. To make it sure, we introduced a quality control system.

A quality control system is the part of quality management that ensures products and service comply with requirements. To ensure the construction works are carried out correctly, we carry out different types of control. They include not only products materials, but also the execution and completion of the works. One way of controlling quality is based on the inspection or verification of finished products. The aim is to filter the products before they reach the client, so that products that do not comply with requirements are discarded or repaired.

The EH subsidiary achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2008. ISO 9001:2008 is a Standard that outlines the requirements an organization must maintain in their quality system for ISO 9001:2008 certification. Implementing Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2008 is important as it leads to continuous improvement which assures clients benefit by receiving products/services that meet their requirement, company’s profit from increased job satisfaction, improved morale, and improved operational results and what is important meeting legal and regulatory requirements benefit the community.

The system of quality checking also includes a phased verification of product quality. Annually the certification of engineers, welders and support staff is conducted. In 2016, the appraisal of the working conditions of workplaces is carried out.

The compliance with quality management system is annually audited by internal and external supervising auditors. Once in every three (3) years a recertification is conducted. In 2016, recertification has been carried out by the auditors of the "DQS Quality systems" LLC according to the Italian version.

Engineering staff is regularly trained to new management methods at the licensed courses organized by the «SERT ACADEMY GROUP» organization; at the completion of the trainings they receive qualification certificates. In 2017, with the participation of our company’s representatives the «SERT ACADEMY GROUP» held a conference on changes of the version of ISO 9001:2008 to a more in-depth the ISO 9001:2015 version.
